Important Summertime Information

BHS Summer Office Hours

8am-2pm through Friday June 12th

Office will re-open on Monday August 3rd from 8am-2pm

Work Permits can be processed at the Board Office between June 15th-August 3rd

Parking Pass Information

  • Parking Passes will be available to SENIORS ONLY starting on Tuesday August 4th. Please print and bring the following attachments with you along with $30 (exact change), your license and proof of insurance. 
  • UNDERCLASSMAN Parking passes can be purchased beginning on Tuesday August 11th. Please print and bring the following attachments with you along with $30 (exact change), your license and proof of insurance. 

BHS Freshman Orientation: Tuesday August 18th @ 10am

BHS Open House: Tuesday August 18th @ 5pm

First Day of School: August 19th, 2026

Final Forms 

  • For the safety of our students, it is crucial that you update your Final Forms ASAP

School and Lunch Fees 

  • All fees can be managed through PaySchools Central 
  • Fees MUST be paid in full in order for students to participate field trips/activities 

Free and Reduced Lunch Forms

  • Free and Reduced Lunch Forms can be completed using PaySchools Central 
  • Forms MUST be completed EVERY year
  • Students who qualify for FREE lunch, also get their school fees waived!!

Freshman Orientation: Tuesday August 18, 2026 from 10am-12pm

  • This event is for STUDENTS ONLY
  • Please email Mr. DeLuca at bdeluca@sheffieldschools.org if your freshman needs busing for this event! 

Open House: Tuesday August 18, 2026 from 5pm-7pm

  • This event if for your ENTIRE FAMILY to come meet your students teachers and see the layout of the school 

School Supplies: 

  • We do not have a general supply list. Please plan to send your students with a few folders, notepads and pen/pencils. Their teachers will let them know if they require any additional supplies for that class on the first day of school.

  • PARENTS: You can join this Google Classroom, as well!! It is the BEST place to get all of the information that you'll need for your senior! 

OUR NEW SENIORS

Senior Painting Application and information is available here. 

  • Design must be Approved by: Friday August 7th
  • Prep day: Wednesday August 12 from 11am-3pm
  • Painting Day/Cookout: Thursday August 13 from 8am-3pm
  • Rainout Date: Friday August 14 from 8am-3pm

Parking Application: Can be turned in on Tuesday August 4 from 8am-2pm. 

  • ALL parts of the application MUST be complete and students will need $30 (exact change), Drivers License and their proof of insurance in order to secure their parking pass.
